I have had many dealings with Mike Lindquist in the past 4 years. He has never failed to give anything but excellent Customer Service and has resolved any issues I may have had.

There was A LOT of maintenance that needed to be done to the house upon moving in, which was a bit frustrating and there were certain things that I was told would not be fixed, only noted, because they considered them "cosmetic", that I had to fix myself. The house was also not cleaned or sprayed for pest before us moving, so I also had to do that myself. Other than that though, everything has been great.

Love Savion, I wish I could get connected with any field managers. Since Mark Hoffmann quit we haven't had one Jon because he was the only field manager we knew. We are available if needed:)

My experience from applying to moving in was the quickest and easiest I have ever experienced. I had a notification to view the home, I was sent the code for self touring, we were then sent an application to apply if we liked it (we did) so we applied online that night and had an email the following morning that we were approved. I was then sent an email by Colin who work for Bridge Homes that if we liked the home that we could apply. I informed he we did apply and were approved and from that point he became my point of contact.. The process was super fast and convenient and Colin has helped every step of the way.. He has even followed up after the move to make sure all is well with the home and if there are any issues that need to be addressed. Everything is done online as far as maintenance requests, paying rent which makes things super convenient. I also want to mention Ashley as she is the one who actually gets the lease ready. She was punctual and responded to all emails. Very friendly staff. I would definitely recommend this company!!
