Bridge Homes are the best!!

Overall, we have had a great experience with Bridge Homes so far. They viewed and accepted our application very quickly. They are also very prompt on responding to emails with questions and/or concerns. Our home and lawn were in good condition upon arrival, and new/gently used appliances.

The application process and moving in was super easy and convenient! Rachel and team have been great to work with!

Office staff has been amazing especially Rachel. She has answered all my questions in a timely manner and if she was unable to answer she got with someone that could give her the answer!

Rachel was a pleasure to meet. Any concerns or questions I had she followed up and reassured me that my concerns would be taken care of. Iam happy with my home.

Overall it went well. The application process is long and involved but moves quickly when the information is provided. But there needs to be a better transition process, The folder of information given once the application was complete , lacked exact instructions on where to go to create the portal. Without those specific steps to follow it took longer than necessary to create the portal and move forward.

Rachael was very helpful with my many questions 🙂 Always quick to respond. Maintenance requests was very quick. I really do like Bridge Homes, I’ve heard some horror story’s about a couple other Rental Company’s. I would recommend them highly!
