Rachel was a pleasure to meet. Any concerns or questions I had she followed up and reassured me that my concerns would be taken care of. Iam happy with my home.

Overall it went well. The application process is long and involved but moves quickly when the information is provided. But there needs to be a better transition process, The folder of information given once the application was complete , lacked exact instructions on where to go to create the portal. Without those specific steps to follow it took longer than necessary to create the portal and move forward.

Rachael was very helpful with my many questions 🙂 Always quick to respond. Maintenance requests was very quick. I really do like Bridge Homes, I’ve heard some horror story’s about a couple other Rental Company’s. I would recommend them highly!
