Nothing has been in person, all thru internet and e-mail. They raised our rent rate after only being in this house for a year, so we were a little unhappy about that. Otherwise we don't hear from them and they don't hear from us.

I have lived in my home for 6 years now. Bridge Homes has always took care of anything I asked and always answered any questions. Jason Strawmeyer has been very helpful throughout the years when I have had any concerns, he responds quickly and always is very helpful :)
