Made moving a super easy process and we got into our new home within a week!

Our experience with Bridge Homes was great. The application process was easy to complete. When applying for our current home, we were informed early on that we were in second in line and could transfer our application or wait it out. Since our hearts were set on a specific house we waited instead of transferring our application. Luckily we were able to get the house in the end with a lot of work put in from management team. They gave us all the move in instructions and information as soon as we paid our deposit. The only issues we had was when we arrived the first day the lawn was overgrown from months of delayed mowing, and we did not have a mower on hand. Our HOA president lives next door and was upset about this. We had to rush and hired a local mower to complete this task. A week after move in a mower hired from the company arrived to mow after we just paid another mower to do this. Also on move in day we struggled with obtaining the key to the house. There was no one available to answer our calls or emails since it was a Saturday. We eventually got the lockbox to open, but I feel there should be a person on call just in case the company is needed on a weekend move in. Overall, I would recommend this company to use to find a new home.
