Rachel Keintz has been amazing. Really doing what ever she can to help and provide much needed information. I have also subitted a issue on the portal and it was handled quickly. Scott Nally has been very responsive to my emails and ontop of everything that I have needed. The only issue I had and it really was the only issue was the deposit amount. It wasn't given in a total amount which cause me to get a second money order. Not a huge problem but a inconvenience, none the less. Thanks Team!!

So far everything has been swell, aside from minor issues with the property, and some issues with software. I can’t upload photos really to any documents or the website/portal.

He was super nice and helpful. He got the garbage disposal and microwave fixed very quickly.

Great guy did a good job

I recently submitted a service request for repair of a leaky kitchen faucet. Eric responded promptly to the request and came out to make the repair. Once he started the repair he determined that he needed to go and purchase new parts. When he returned he determined that the new parts were bad and went back to Home Depot to exchange them. As he was continuing with the repair he saw that these parts were bad as well. He made another trip to exchange them once again. All throughout the service call Eric was extremely professional. knowledgeable and courteous and is just a very nice and kind person.

My daughter and I were looking to rent a home and had found possible rentals with two other company's. These company's were less than desirable to deal with but from the outset our leasing specialist Rachel was such a breath of fresh air. She was personable, easy to talk to and always replied promptly to our emails and questions. She made the whole experience very pleasant.

I have been blown away by how impeccable the staff has treated me since becoming a tenant. I feel very blessed to have met Ms. Rachel, who has done everything within her power to make this a seamless experience. Mr. Eric has been like a one stop shop to make sure that anything I asked for that was within his power of course was done and done with excellence. Thank you to you both!
