These company's were less than desirable to deal with but from the outset our leasing specialist Rachel was such a breath of fresh air. She was personable, easy to talk to and always replied promptly to our emails and questions. She made the whole experience very pleasant.

Jason was wonderful and very quick at completing my outlet repair issue! The other issues of washing the siding and resealing the wi dows and all was good also. The replaced siding looks funky though... it doesn't match the style of the existing siding.

submitted work orders for deficiencies in some items in the new property in lawrence indiana.. they sent a guy named frank.. who texted and called numerous times.. their guy eric picked up the key and he was double awesome.. nothing but postive experiences so far!
