Ms Chatty has been so kind and helpful! I was scammed by someone who claimed to be the property owner, and she helped me thru the entire process of doing it all correctly and safely! After I was approved, she shared in my excitement and was genuinely happy for me and my family! I recommend this property management company to anyone looking for their new rental home! Tomorrow is move in day, and I'm beyond thrilled to get moved in and settled, just in time for the holidays! Ms Chatty if you're reading this, I want you to know that YOU ROCK!

Chatty has been absolutely wonderful. She has made being a renter/tenant the easiest process ever. Ive been in other rental properties where they make it extremely to communicate, pay, or even be harrassed. Chatty has helped us and communicated with us with renewals, maintenance problems (including following up with the companies) and so much more. If there is one thing that you can take away from this, it is that Chatty has made Bridge Homes much better for not only me, but also anyone else she works with and deserves all the praise. ☺
