Chatty has been absolutely wonderful. She has made being a renter/tenant the easiest process ever. Ive been in other rental properties where they make it extremely to communicate, pay, or even be harrassed. Chatty has helped us and communicated with us with renewals, maintenance problems (including following up with the companies) and so much more. If i had more time, This message and review would never end. If there is one thing that you can take away from this, it is that Chatty has made Bridge Homes much better for not only me, but also anyone else she works with and deserves all the praise. ☺

Overall this entire experience with Bridge Homes has been excellent, but Chatty Flournoy is a complete GEM of a property manager and exemplifies professionalism in all things. She is so helpful and compassionate, it added an entire other layer of comfort to an otherwise stressful experience. I would recommend Bridge Homes and more specifically renting under the supervision of Ms. Flournoy to anyone!
