Still in the process of moving in. Everyone is friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The main headache so far is all of the paperwork and apps and all the unsolicited email/text offers we are receiving.

Wow, I was looking. This community seemed very well for my family. However, the applying process was different. The touring was different and to get the refund was a nightmare.

It's nice living in Bridgecreek. However, there are lot of issues. 1. There are not enough amenities, and the rent is unnecessarily high. 2. There is no proper monitoring. CCTVs do not work here. So, if my package gets lost, it means I will never know who picked it up. Further, it is not okay from a safety point of view. 3. The management team does not reply at all to the emails or queries, and it is very annoying. Chloe and Blair, responsible for managing the apartment, are never found in the premises. 4. I am a sub-lessor; however, there is no proper documentation of that. After several emails, I received my copy of the addenda that I signed online. Blair never replies to any of my emails. 5. The only good thing is the maintenance. The maintenance guy is always on time and is very nice.

Go look at my Google review. I’ve lived here 8 years and management treats me terribly. I’m on disability and they raised my rent the max they could by law. I begged them months before not to raise my rent excessively. That I pay 80% of my income on rent. They didn’t care. They raised my rent higher than brand new apartments. And I’ve lived here 8 years. A complete slap in the face.

Making the service request is not difficult. When work that needs to be done outside the maintenance man ability to preform safely and properly and a professional tradesman is needed then it takes weeks before the work is completed. I find this to be unprofessional and poor care to us tenants.

once I was able to find the service request tab I was able to make my request rather easily.
