Cable bix was not there ("plug and go"). Microwave was not functional (plug was cut as this room was used as a showroom). Furniture was still in the bedroom when we arrived. We were told we could leave stuff in the closet, but then that got taken when they came to get the furniture out. Peter did his best to remedy this, but it has not been fully resolved as of today. He was kind and compasionate and told us to get him a list of the items and he would reimburse us. Here is the list with the dollar amounts. No it's a beautiful place. I'm home now

Everyone was extremely helpful and kind especially considering I was transferring feelings of lost trust for the staff at my previous residence and I unfortunately and very unfairly took it out on the staff people here. This transfer has already begun to change my (and so I know it is true for others as well) life and that is due to the staff here all the way up to and including the director. Simply amazing.
