Appreciate the promptness and friendliness of the staff.

Some maintenance technician was very friendly, very helpful. He was supposed to come back today. Which is Wednesday, April 22nd? And replace the kitchen faucet. He has not done that yet. I'm assuming he's kinda backlogged, so I hope he would do that. This week but I was very pleased with him and Ms. Barbara and her assistant. Getting the majority of the maintenance issues taken care of there is one main issue is the microwave they need to remove it. Because I bought one. Idk what going to happen with the hallway closet with the water damage

No one came to my home today 4/14/2026 that was yesterday 4/13/2026 he didn’t fix anything cause someone was using the bathroom nor did they return on 4/13/2026

Maintenance is not good at all. Nothing gets fixed and they enter your unit anytime horrible my locks will be changed.
