Staff and dentist could not have been more professional. Excellence every where.

It was different from my usual dentist experience. The skills were solid but the amount of people I had to see and actually move rooms was different. I am used to one room, one chair, one hygienist that does the X-ray and cleaning and then the doctor checks. This seemed a bit of chaos in order. From X-ray tech , then the doctor checked my teeth then they brought in a quote for work..:.which I did not want. Then they wanted to schedule a cleaning appt in the future which is the whole reason I came in this time. They accommodated me and moved me to another room and got the work done.I’m sure the follow-ups won’t be as chaotic. Also the amount of upselling is off putting. You want to sell me a crown for a tooth that may or may not ever need it and my insurance doesn’t cover it .

Overall the experience was good. The wait time was a bit much and I felt like the additional costs that I did not expect were not necessary. They did remove those when it was determined they were elective.The hygienist did an excellent job and was very informative.

Very happy with the professional nature the entire staff presented. The front desk personel were friendly and very helpful. The dental assistants were efficient and knowledgeabke and Dr. Hendricks was very easy to talk to and planned out a program that was very helpful to me on what was needed to correct my issues.
