Pleasant check in- shout out to Mike for getting me situated & prepped for the dentist. It was a lengthy process but they were efficient and professional. Took great care of me.

Absolutely horrible! Made my “cleaning” appointment weeks in advance and the day of got a call asking to push it out 30 minutes. No big deal but when I arrived I was there 2 hours only to have X-rays done and told they didn’t have time for a cleaning and I need to reschedule. Will not go back and staff is very unprofessional.

The staff and Dr. Hendricks are wonderful! They were so kind and compassionate in my time in need. They care about their patients. I highly recommend their office for your dental needs.

The ladies at the front desk demonstrated a high level of knowledge and kindness. Dr. Hendricks and his assistant deliver clear explanations of each procedure. Dr. Hendricks is the most exceptional dentist I have ever had the privilege of working with. I will definitely be recommended Brights Smiles dentistry.

Although it took some time to be seen, due to normal work conditions, we were in & out once seeing the doctor within 10 minutes!!! He was very understanding, & straight forward! My Emberly adored EVERYONE!!!!The girls up front were very helpful as well & made my girls first dental visit a breeze! Helped where it was needed & guided me in the right directions for insurance purposes. Look forward to bringing my little back!!!!
