I experienced a multitude of issues during my time living at Bristol. Lack of responsibility, not fixing issues correctly, having a roof leak in the same room of my apartment multiple years in a row that was never truly fixed. I was informed a quote was received at the cost to actually fix the problem but the complex didn’t want to spend the money to fix it. This was my home and it should be fixed as if it was their home. The staff that worked at Bristol when I first moved in were exceptional! Jade was helpful in all areas and the maintenance worker we had that was moved to Napa was awesome. Since they have been gone, it seems the property management doesn’t truly care about the complex. Not to mention not being able to keep our office staffed all week with people leaving back to back. No one contacted me about my move out walk through. I had to call to schedule it and the gentlemen in the office, while polite didn’t even know I was moving out. He didn’t have a move out check list to go through with me. He also mentioned that he “wasn’t sure how our complex works but at others he’s worked at charged a house keeping fee.” He also mentioned how good of condition my apartment was in due to the amount of time we had lived there. That process was very unprofessional to not know facts and leave things in the air how they will turn out. I cleaned Saturday from 10:30-6:30 and will not pay to have someone clean something I spent so much time cleaning. In doing so, I expect my full deposit refunded. I really hope some drastic changes are made so Bristol can be restored to how it once was.
