Reasons for my ratings is because of response times to maintenance issues and emergencies. An entry door not properly closing or can't lock or unlock a door is ridiculous . Also the response time to fix paperwork is ridiculous, I'm still waiting on an adjustment since before Christmas.Please advise to this. This is a great community just bad communication and handling.

Broadwater needs to do better in all aspects this is a terrible community to live in especially with young children the violence is unheard of and the office staff is rude ghetto and doesn't help at all I was being over charged for rent I had to bring that to the office attetnion they got it straight a few months later my water bill was extremely high I kept hearing for months they were waiting on the county and I still haven't heard back and this has been since about April of this year I gave notice I was moving in August jeneifer called yesterday and said she see a high waterbill and wants to inspect my unit for a leak I informed her about months ago and I moved in spetember the office staff is clearly not trained and can not run a office very unorganized I emailed her and cc morgan she wasn't even aware I was gone until yesterday I could write a book about this community

Broadwater saved our lives. We like it here. The only change we would make are the mini blinds, they are very fragile...

The apartments are outdated especially the appliances in the kitchen the bathrooms are out dated as well. I think the area outside should be cleaned up more trash is always flying from my neighbors or whomever yard into my area I don’t like that at all. And I know that it’s probably out of the apartment complex control but I would love to let my kids go play outside but I don’t feel as though they would be safe. Everything is not all bad here I love that my children had access to the pool that had been very delightful this summer. Also maintenance has been outstanding every request I put in they come and complete the job in a timely fashion. They are very respectful and knowledgeable.
