I will highly recommend someone who will qualify to be a tenant your leasing department is great. Your maintenance crew is great. The people who are interact with are very nice. The security guards are very pleasant. I have no regrets for being part of this community. Thank you very much for allowing me for my input about our apartments and our community.

The leasing team are all stars. Anthony, Ky, and Marco all went above and beyond to keep me at Broadway palace. My reasons for leaving were solely because of issues caused by other residents and break ins. Victor and Tatiana were both attentive as Victor was my leading agent at Orsini, where I was going and Tatiana, the agent who moved me into Broadway palace, also checked on me throughout the process. The entire leasing staff was attentive. I’d had given 5 stars if I had received my lease from resident services prior to the day before, on a weekend when banks were closing. Ky had reached out multiple times attempting to have my lease sent over for review and Anthony had also requested my move in letter during the week, but their efforts were not acknowledged until the weekend when Anthony was going. Everybody was very nice, but I got my cashiers check for move in at 1:58 PM, 2 minutes before the bank closed. Israel and Nino were extremely helpful. Nino worked with me to get my lease as fast as possible on Saturday so I could move in on Sunday, and Israel pushed me up as close he could to another appointment so I could have my moving team help me on time.

Michael was excellent and very accommodating on the day of move-in. Also, Johnny stepped in to make sure everything went smoothly which was appreciated. However, the period of time between when I signed my lease to move-in day was very disappointing. I’m moving from out of state and was seeking special accommodations around my move in. However, it was confusing and very difficult on how to get ahold of someone at the property. After the first call, all of my subsequent calls went to voicemail. I was then dismayed to realize that the rep answering the phone, I believe his name was Nino, was refusing to answer my calls. Because when I called from a non recognized number he would answer. Even when he answered he would put me on hold then hang up. Very frustrating experience. My critique would be around how difficult it was for me to get an answer, especially with how responsive everyone was prior to my signing of lease. But all in all Johnny and Michael stepped in to get everything squared away on move-in day and I’m very appreciative!
