Michael was great! Very friendly, personable and warm. Made us feel comfortable to call Broadway Palace our home. There was an issue coordinating the move in time though. For some reason an email we received said to pick up keys and move in at 8:00am, which we knew couldn’t be true because the office opened at 9. We got here at 9 and actually couldn’t collect the keys until Michael came in later. This caused an issue with us being able to coordinate with our movers, so making sure that initial email gives an accurate time would be good for next time!

I would recommend to not leave any valuable in vehicles for there is a high crime parking lot! My car was broken into 3 October 2023, and stolen this past June.

Michael was really good getting

The move in was very smooth, I was nervous but, Michael Polk was very calming and welcoming. He made me feel at home, and was extremely thorough about showing me all the functions in my new place!

Michael was very helpful showing me around the unit and the holding plus telling me where my movers should park. I’m a bit confused by the mailing situation but I know Michael will help me understand when I ask again. Thanks!
