I would recommend this apartment community to anyone who wants to be in an stress free environment.

Your maintenance guy is the greatest amenity that y’all have to offer. Every time he’s visited, he has been able to fix anything that we’ve thrown at him and he’s also very nice. This man deserves a raise every single year that he’s with you because anything less than that would be unethical. He is the best part of your apartment.

Eric and Israel are a great asset to the GHP family . bothe gentleman . are very knowledgeable. and patient aswell respectful . my experience will be carried on to all of my friends and family and the dtla community is a wonderfulveiw and very clean area
