Although I did not meet anyone because the request was completed while I was not home, the problem was fixed and I would recommend this apartment community. My only complaint is that there was a bit of a mess left behind, so I did have to clean my kitchen afterward.

My work order was regarding murky and white colored water from the bedroom/bathroom sink tap. The water clearly looks contaminated. The service engineer arrived the next day from work order submission to take a look at the water. He looked at it and said this is normal. I believe getting contaminated murky water in the sink is unacceptable and unhealthy. The kitchen sink water, when compared to the bathroom sink tap water, is evidently clearer. In conclusion, the issue that I am facing has not been resolved and the service engineer left without any fix. The bathroom sink tap water is still very murky and unhealthy.
