Maintenance personnel are always professional and on time, they complete my orders in a timely manner. I recommend the maintenance personnel get a a bonus.

Everything is well except for parking crime. I had my car tampered ,now my key hole is jammed and inoperable. Lots of homeless wonder inside to see what they can take. I also told security I don't think it's proper for food delivery to go up. I think residents should come down if they are lazy to go get st restaurant. Someone can pretend they're delivery and kill or mug a resident. Under no circumstances anyone should go up. Even guess. Resident should come down to get everything and everyone for the safety of all us. I'm a former cop and gang member. 😎
