There was a little lack of coordination regarding the keys being ready for move in day. They made them on the spot when I got there and the actual lock to the unit needed to be reprogrammed. Other than that everything else went smoothly

They always come fast and fix everything i ask them to and always ask is there anything else I need fix best maintenance ever

Amazing help we had gotten!

First he banged on my door, ridiculously for no reason. I was unloading some stuff from my car and I had just gotten in the apartment and was getting ready to grab my keys. And he must’ve come up right after I close my door. He banged on my door like the cops and was super snatching when I answered the door you left your keys in the door rudely. And I said OK and explained why I left them in there and then I took him over to the bathroom and explained what was happening and he argued with me and said there was nothing wrong and didn’t even touch my toilet. Seriously rude did not address the issue. I asked him several times to please explain to me how this would resolve anything. I didn’t bother to ask for a new person.

The maintenance personnel was nice and he knew how to resolve my issue fairly quickly and he even fixed another issue I had.
