I requested a light to be fixed because it was flickering and soon to go out but it wasn’t fixed because they needed a video of the flickering even though I sent a picture of one of the lights out.

One of the real values for BP is the excellent record for prompt, professional and outstanding service provided by the personnel. For this round of several items, Andrew responded and service could not have been any better! Besides all of the above qualities, Andrew is very personable and a pleasure to have him provide the service. As such, this serves to make it a pleasure and a privilege to recommend BP to the community wholeheartedly, and without any reservation, as one of the very best apartment complexes in DTLA!

Everyone has been incredibly helpful and friendly. Michael was a pleasure to work with and made the process super simple and stress-free.

I would because I see that although the leasing computer system isn't the best, the employees here at Broadway Palace really try to rise above complications that they can not do anything about and they care about their clients. Honestly the best thing about BP is the employees.
