Both times I have had maintenance come to my apartment, they have done an outstanding job. The first maintenance request I had I just verbally mentioned to a maintenance person in the hallway and asked if he could do anything. I don't know if/where/when he may have entered it into the system but he came and fixed my garbage disposal in under 30 seconds and was gone. It was perfect! My second maintenance request I entered into the resident portal and the response was fast, the guy that came by was super nice and fixed everything perfectly. Five stars to all of you!!! Great work all around! Thank you!
