I gave permission for maintenance to enter at anytime. However, there was no notification for me that maintenance had been by to fix the problem. Also there were 2 issues and only one was addressed. There was no follow up or communications with me at all after I placed the request besides this survey ask.

I really do love the place, and only since it sounds like you’re looking for feedback I thought I’d share. The lack of communication around the new construction that may happen for the new homes being built and getting rid of parking spaces without a clear next step has been a bit anxiety provoking. I haven’t gotten a clear message about where my new space/storage unit will be yet and don’t know what to expect regarding construction. I really hope that there will be decent notice of what the plans are before those events take place.Again, I absolutely adore this place, it’s just the idea of having to move stuff from our storage space on a whim and also of having construction right outside my window for however long has been stressful. I do however appreciate the general notice! Just wish there were more specifics.Thank you!

I would prefer if we have centralized heating system in the apartments, bike parking/storage area and little kids play area.
