The wonderful maintenance, who performed a Very Good Job! A++++

I requested a HEPA filter to be used during remediation. I didn't see any of it being used at all.I continued to have mold symptons for several days. The pm was all talk. They didn't know what to do about mold remediation. The PM gave me the talk about what they are legally can do. Logan is cluesless.

No information was given and there is still no light on the front entrance to my apartment

Our maintenance lady, I’m forgetting her name now, but she is phenomenal! So kind, so efficient, and always takes her shoes off before entering which is greatly appreciated. She’s the best!

Dishwasher was not fixed.

1. This email did not say which service request it was talking about. And did not say what had been done, as there were multiple items in my last service request.2. Nothing has been done to fix my last service request.

The request was not addressed and got closed in the system.

I gave permission for maintenance to enter at anytime. However, there was no notification for me that maintenance had been by to fix the problem. Also there were 2 issues and only one was addressed. There was no follow up or communications with me at all after I placed the request besides this survey ask.
