No one available at leasing office. Took far too long to get a parking permit. Took far long to get a simple but highly urgent bathroom sink issue fixed. Would not recommend anyone to rent

We have stove issue, the maintaince person said they can replace it, but nothing happened and they closed the request.

The issue was eventually resolved, so no issue in the quality of service. However, my online request submission was not addressed for multiple days and only when I called the emergency service number, did I get any response.
