Friendly and professional as always! Elva is the best part of living here. She is consistently wonderful and outstanding. Although she does not seem to be around as frequently. Response time also seems slower than normal. Seems like maybe there have been maintenance staffing cutbacks which would be extremely disappointing.

Our move-in experience At bookside park apartments was smooth and well organized. All the documents were filled online and office also called us to make sure we set up the wifi etc. We got the keys one day before move in. Overall it was a hassle-free process.

The maintenance worker was efficient, friendly, and creative in how she solved problems. It’s always wonderful having her stop by.
