The individual called, and set up an appointment and showed up on time. Made his assessment as to the problem, ordered the part and came back the next day. Fixed the issue and went on his way.

The Bruni Karr staff is excellent and have always addressed any issue professionally. I recommended them to my daughter and she hasn’t had any problems renting from them. Charles and Karen have been wonderful, I would refer them to anyone wanting to rent from this company.

My swamp cooler was blowing hot air. I contacted Bruni Karr and that day the vendor called me to set an appointment. They came out in two days and fixed the problem. The float on the swamp cooler was stuck. This quick fix was great because of all the heat we had been having. I am most happy with the quick response.

AC unit was low on freeon. AC was quick to cool house! I appreciate the help!
