Perfection Plumbing did a great job and explained everything; we're disappointed with Triple L Plumbing, who disregarded what we were saying the problem was. Also, Perfection Plumbing cleaned our heater, which hadn't been cleaned in the last few years, if even then. They also let us use three of their space heaters for the next day while we waited for the blower motor to come in and be replaced.

Been leasing with Bruni Karr since 2003. They are responsiveabd understanding, providing excellent responses to tenant's needs. Thank you Charles.

The agency has been very responsive

Roof over New Mexico did a great job in fixing the roof. First, they fixed the immediate problem so I wouldn't have a leak during coming rain. Then they returned to do the entire roof maintenance. They gave me their number to call over the weekend in case the immediate fix didn't work. First time I have ever heard of someone offering to call over the weekend to fix a problem. Excellent job. I highly recommend them for anyone needing a roof fix.

In regards to Perfection Plumbing, Carlos did a fantastic job getting the fireplace up and running. He really knows his stuff! We really appreciate the heat it produces in the den during these cold days.
