Great service I am very happy with my treatment plan

In the past, I was sent paper bills (my preferred way for all companies) but somehow they have changed to email billing only. My email account is drowned in marketing materials from all companies, making it impossible to notice the bill.Instead of a simple text to get my attention, like an appointment reminder, they sent me to collection agency for merely $132, damaging my pristine credit scores along the way. Even after I paid on 8/20, still receiving messages from the collection on 8/27

Very courteous and professional service starting with Debbie at the reception area. Dr. Pavel and his assistant were extremely effective and helpful. I felt that I was receiving expert care. Very confident in this dental practice.
