Fairly new hygienist needs more training in communication skills. Needs to shadow a highly rated hygienist

Great clinical care. However billing practices fall short of acceptable

That was my 3rd dental hygienist and I felt it was the most rushed. I unfortunately skipped my last appt and this was then a 6months follow up and it went more quickly and rushed than my usual 3months follow up. And I could be wrong if the hygienist was the more efficient in cleansing.
