I have always had fantastic experiences with the service department at Smail Mercedes, and this past one is at the top of the list. They were extremely accommodating with my schedule, even opening early and giving me a ride back to my place of business when my own arrangements fell through. They had my vehicle finished prior to the committed time, and although it subsequently required additional work, they were able to complete that in a timely fashion as well...all in the middle of reconstruction to the main center that had the staff working out of trailers. I very much appreciate all of their hard work, dedication, and commitment to customer service!

I feel so fortunate when I call Bud Smail Mercedes for service. They come and take my car from home or my work and usually return the same day. I'm never without a car. Which is very important for my work. When I get my car back it's clean, it's spotless. Just the way I left it.

Dealer personnel are courteous, helpful, willing to listen to and answer questions pertaining to my C-300. If an answer to my inquiry isn't immediately known, the service personnel promptly find the answer for me. After being serviced, my car is always washed and vacuumed which I appreciate. This is the second car that I've purchased from Smail Automotive Group. My first, a 2008 Mazda Miata was my first experience with Smail. My Mazda Service Advisor provided me with superior service and I can honestly say that was a large factor in me purchasing a Mercedes-Benz from Smail and really not considering "shopping" other M-B dealerships.
