The dealers at Bud Smail Mercedes Benz are always quick and efficient. We can usually close a deal in less than 2 hrs, paperwork and all. They are polite and knowledgeable and everyone --from service to supervisors--are incredibly helpful, courteous and efficient. I love the service dept, too. Always willing to help me with a loaned vehicle and service never takes more than a day.

I dropped my bmw 328xdrive off after hours without an appointment when my blower on the heater/defroster stopped working that evening. Gary at the service center called me first thing the next morning for details about the problem. He was able to replace the motor on the blower the same day. Furthermore Gary went out of his way and tracked down my extended warranty for me. He kept me updated on the progress of the car throughout the day. Gary is great !!

Got stuck on road w/old car on our way to see the kids for a family celebration. Driving from St. Louis to NJ and the Transmission went. Not only did your service department graciously agree to take the car immediately (given our circumstances) they were incredibly fast & efficient. Unfortunately, given the age & mileage of my old car it wasn't worth fixing. Amazingly you guys not only took it in trade (at a very fair price) you were able to secure a reasonable loan for a newer used car (never giving up despite my less than stellar credit) and got me & my wife into a great 2013 Nissan Altima that we couldn't be happier with. You guys were dedicated, professional,courteous and unrelenting in helping us out. you went way above & beyond and we are truly grateful. Everything was perfect. Mike in service is very knowledgeable, accommodating and interacts well with me. Quality service also makes me choose Smail Mercedes for all my needs. This place and the people are the BEST! Stan Petrigac is also excellent in sales. I don't like your idea of a scheduler. She doesn't understand what I am requesting besides setting up the appointment. I prefer speaking with a person in that department about what I need. You are wrong if you think that this position saves time or better organizes because, unless she has worked in the service, repair or any other departments, she is wasting my time and yours.
