Buffalo Ridge Townhomes issues:Continual (and still) maintenance issues (HVAC, plumbing, appliances, etc.) to brand new apartment and appliances; noise problems; safety/security issues; parking problems; management communication issues, construction vandalized my property (damage to new car), water heater leaks, utility problems; long-term affected of quality of living; 40+ damages to brand new apartment at move-in, many still not fixed after 10 months; ignored and lack of care of landscape, lack of luxury promised at move-in; office hours not always honored; neighborhood drama; two property managers and countless leasing agents since move-in; restriction from promised and paid-for amenities; no resolution to multiple issues and concerns addressed 9 months ago.

It was easy enough.

Poor management, terrible materials, bad parking, lack of grass and reseeding in areas of need
