The neighborhood is in a great location, and the it’s a pretty quiet area! We also love the staff. Always helpful and welcoming

Quiet, nice neighborhood and overall townhome and everything included is very nice!

Location

The clubhouse, pool, and the layout of the townhouse.

I really wanted a garage & something low/no maintenance since work keeps me very busy.

Having to keep a garbage can in the garage where it creates an odor and attracts flies. Not to mention, the garage is small and difficult to maneuver around a trash can.Parking is an issue. People who have garages are not parking in them and/or blocking other garages and streets by parking in street.Internet service is spotty. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t.

The overall cleanliness of the community is impressive. And above all Lindsey and her team went out of there way to make sure the process was seamless we are so happy to be here

If Lindsey understood that my husband doesn’t have the app on his phone, and didn’t need Lindsey to give him an attitude about it. If it wasn’t for Anthony then the work order wouldn’t have been put in. Thank you Anthony for your help, and going above and beyond.

Nearness to I65, having a garage, sizeable closets, and the large open kitchen space.

We are comfortable here, love the community, and amenities. It’s affordable compared to other townhomes in the area with the same amenities.
