Apartment that has a garage was #1 priority for me. Also, at a price I can handle, location, and it is really nice they're brand new. I would have liked if the floors were professionally cleaned prior to move in, but not the end of the world. Bethany in the leasing office has been amazing! Great communication, explained everything well, great to work with. She definitely makes me feel I made the right decision by coming here!
