Nearness to I65, having a garage, sizeable closets, and the large open kitchen space.

We are comfortable here, love the community, and amenities. It’s affordable compared to other townhomes in the area with the same amenities.

Price, availability of pool I pay for(usually occupied by large groups of children, families that don’t live in Buffalo Ridge), constant street parking near or at intersections with is illegal but never enforced. Some ppl have 4 cars they get to use other unused driveways and still manage to park right at a 4 way stop.

The layout of the townhome and the neighborhood

I truly love my apartment. The only issues I have are, the parking is horrible. We found out people with garages pay the same as we do with none. My kitchen sink fell into the cupboards and an outlet almost caught my townhouse on fire. Our refrigerator filter went out and we were told that yall don’t replace those when I put a work order in. I was told when we were signing the lease the things like that were covered.

I pay the internet through this agreement and I have no idea how to get ahold of the internet provider

Beautiful clubhouse and property. Very profesional and courteous property manager, so is the staff.

Need more space for the price.
