The Property Manager, Randi Kratz, is friendly and efficient. She is also empathetic to the needs of the residents.The Maintenance Person, Jerry, is always friendly and professional. He has taken great care, in my home, to do any maintenance quickly. His work ethic is outstanding.Now that I have lived here for a while I have grown to like the place.

If the apartment manager will allow us because she doesn’t really like us.

Quiet neighborhood, good neighbors! I really like the area. The homes are nice and the staff here is so great as well.

Nice design units! And close to food stores…

With the service set up there was an option for allowing entrance to my property or wanted to schedule an appointment when I was home. I choose the latter. But maintenance entered my property anyway when I was not home.I wonder why I was given the option of my choice was disregarded?
