New community, and the garage.

Bad traffic so I was not able to attend. Clearly your system is off track. Can't rate a place I have never been. Thank you Ms W

I was wanting a garage but Buffalo Ridge Townhomes wasted much for our budget after we figured everything. Beautiful place and nice staff but we will have to look elsewhere. Thank you.

Apartment that has a garage was #1 priority for me. Also, at a price I can handle, location, and it is really nice they're brand new. I would have liked if the floors were professionally cleaned prior to move in, but not the end of the world. Bethany in the leasing office has been amazing! Great communication, explained everything well, great to work with. She definitely makes me feel I made the right decision by coming here!

Amenities do not actually exist there. Nobody returns phone calls or emails. This place is unprofessional.

Dog park which doesn’t exist. Gym which doesn’t exist. The garage is here. Private patio which doesn’t exist. Made a decision on false advertising.

Brand new build and in a good location

Townhome style living. Also, the proximity to everything in town.

It could have say 3x the rent before I pay 60 to apply and waste my money
