I had a 12:30 appointment and arrived at 12:15. I told them I would wait since I was told it would take 2 hours. After waiting 2 hours and my vehicle was still in the check in I was told they making sure they had the spark plugs and wires needed. I thought that was odd since I had made the appointment a week earlier. After waiting another hour I felt I had waited long enough so I left with no work completed. Someone didn’t have my job ready when I got there.

Did great on maintenance but not so much for the window calibration. Was suppose to call me to reschedule and never did and when I call it was a three week timeframe. When asked to speak to a manager I left a voicemail and never got a call back.

They wouldn't listen to NO as an answer an trying make me get a car trading my car that I have now an wanting me to get a cosigner after telling me they could work with me only also that they would pay for my service of being looked at my radio but threatened me on the phone how they where to get my car turned off if not paid the service charges I apologize but I wouldn't buy anything from them after that oh an putting the charges on my credit.NO ma'am NO Sir.......

The next day after service I was alerted that my Air Filter needed to be replaced !In the past I have had service bring my filter to show me ! Not part of 5 point inspection?Also when I called about service oil change and tire rotation I was told there was n specials ! I looked at website and it showed there was !

Vehichle taken to your location on Feb 17th and was finally repaired and picked up on May 5th. Pretty obvious what could of been done BETTER
