The quality of work was excellent! However the appointment took twice as long as I was told it would take. I have no problem leaving my truck all day, I would have just liked know in advance so I can clear my schedule. Also I was told I would receive a complementary exterior wash, which was never done.

I had an appointment for 9:30and you didn’t change my oil until I asked you three times and I think you did it at 1:30And I did tell you that I wasn’t waiting on it, but that didn’t mean I wanted to wait all day

We have a wobble in our 2026 Terrain. Service couldn’t duplicate it, and charged us $80 in labor for two techs to drive it. Come to find out there is service bulletin from GMC about it. They acted like they had never heard about this issue.

Person that would work on my car was out sick. I came at correct time and day, and waited over an hour before I was told they can’t fix it today.

Service rep was very professional and personable. I would consider some type of Veteran’s discount since you advertise as a Veteran owned business.
