Well, how about go into your parking lot and get my vehicle that's been checked in and do the service I had scheduled. I got a text over an hour after my appointment time saying I missed my appointment. I had to call and remind the staff that they checked my car in, have my keys, and its in their parking lot. Go get it and do the scheduled service

Have not heard anything back on whether my vehicles repair will be covered under my warranty or not in a month. I would have thought that would be more than enough time to have gotten a response from Ethos since the call to them was to have happened the next business day.

Being the only vehicle we had it was hard to get anywhere but thankfully we had our son to get supplies for us in the wait time. A loaner vehicle would have been nice, but all in all you did a good job. Thank you

The diagnostic could have been done while the oil change and tire rotation was being done. The issue with the parking brake should have been fixed. The wait time was over 5 hours!

I was told it would be about an hour. It took one hour and forty five minutes. Too long in my opinion. Received initial text telling me I would receive updates on progress. Never received anything else. Staff was polite.

I don’t think it should take 1 hour and 45 minutes for an oil change and tire rotation. I don’t think I will be back

One month ago I paid 1,200 dollars to have new bushings put on my vehicle. One month later they are bad and still waiting for a replacement.

my service advisor was amazing but my only dislike was having an appointment at 8am and having to wait in the waiting room till wait until 1pm for my vehicle to be done because you guys were overbooked. But other than that, great service from advisors!!!
