It is always a struggle to get our tires rotated. We ask every time to rotate but get push back on rotating them because they do not measure how they should to rotate. I know the front tires get worn more than the back. It just gets old, every oil change we ask for a service and there is always opposition.

I brought my truck in for an oil change and it was noted a leak coming from my undercarriage. I made another appointment to bring it back, so that the transmission could be pulled (GMC canceled that appointment) and I then waited over 2 weeks to never received a call back. I am close 36k miles & I'm afraid that I'm only being strung along until my warranty expires and then I will be responsible for the costs of the transmission repair! I didn't buy the truck from you, but no one seems to care.

Tobias was absolutely fantastic! He went above and beyond for me and the service on my car. I’ve reached out to Michael regarding my warranty for the windshield repair and tires, still have not heard back from him. I was told the warranty would cover my windshield replacement and now I’m getting the run around. Please note: this review has nothing to do with Tobais - again his service is one of the best!

Could have all been friendly and showed some interest. Could have brought up my truck rather than say it’s parked out there. Could have not let me pick up my truck with driver seat belt buckled, seat moved up close to wheel and left there, and mirrors moved and left there. Just inconsiderate.

fix the problems the first time ,had to bring it back the next day to get fixed 100 miles latter the check engine came on again. This is not the first time this has happened. I guess your thoughts are i will bring it back so you can charge me more $$$ guess what NOT GOING TO HAPPEN Dan

cover for the cabin filter area was not put back on the compartment. It was on the passenger floor m,at. I had to remove the glove compartment and re-install it.

Implement procedures to prevent mixing up vehicles. My services were performed on the wrong vehicle and it was discovered after I paid and was handed a Buick key instead of a GMC key. IThen I had to wait while they rushed to service my vehicle. I was nervous driving it home. Also, there were grease spots on my console lid and door panel - which is not the first time. The girl who waited on me was great and this was not her fault. But this is not the first less than good experience there..

I understand the part for my transmission was backordered, but there was very little communication unless I initiated it.
