It took a while before someone came to meet me at my vehicle but it did look pretty busy there. Once I got checked in though they got me in and out rather quickly which was nice.

Service itself was fine. it was the billing. I was told the cost would be $580.36. it was just for oil change, rear diff service, and transmission flush so I expected this to be accurate. when I went to pick it up, it was over $700. they did knock some off and got it down to $675. then I had $40 off coupon code from GMC so I paid $635.94 but it should have been $540.36 with the coupon. I may have to see a different dealership for my next service to get one with more accurate pricing.

Straight forward pricing—agreed on a service and was given a specific price when my wife came to pay they changed her $200 more then what was agreed to. Unfortunately she didn’t know she was being overcharged and I didn’t know until much later!

To be honest, Gm or dealership needs to have more competitive prices or coupons for simple oil changes for customers. The price of an oil change is the most expensive around this area. This will, in time, drive customers to other places with better prices.

After 4 weeks waiting for my appointment and u knowing what I'm coming in for and after a long wait telling me we don't have the part we need. We have to order it, I know of someone else who was treated the same way. When u took over the business the service manager told me I didn''t need a tire rotation yet because they were not showing any wear. Anybody with anybody with any common sense knows that is stupid. When I got my bill some woman figured it on her cell phonePhone

Had a defective part and 3 month wait for part. The service was great but but never was offered a vehicle to use while repairing. Had early notice of my repair date.
