Fix what we asked you to fix...you put a part on the car but failed to change our oil failed to find out why I can't get into my maps and failed to fix a part by the hood of the car that is coming off ....no one will answer us back

The fact you charge an extra $10 for shop supplies is a complete joke I should not have to pay for your shop supplies

Would have liked a receipt on oil change but printer was not working only receipt I got was detal job and they never fixed my heads up display and plastic pice under hood on passenger side!!!! Told me to keep an eye on ? But other than that it was great!!!! Guess I will have them to print out receipt next time I come in for oil change

Time management

I’m not one to tell people where to go for oil changes. If they ask me where I’ve taken my car I will tell them about Frank Leta. I had several things suggested that I have done this partial oil change to service my car. I do NOT like being hit with those things as I arrive for the service.

Truck has been back four times for the same problem , still not fixed. Now they had it for six days and haven’t told me what is going on.

You are losing your personal touch with your customers instead of sending a link the mechanic or tech needs to talk with their customer explaining the situation instead of sending a link

I brought my vehicle in to be serviced and I was told by one service member that my 20% off coupon would apply to my entire bill, and then later find out that it was only applied to the labor. Had I known that I would not have had all the maintenance done at one time.

A little less expensive. ( But I realize a lot of things are going up in price. )
