Fix my vehicle after just buying it there but nope didn't fix nothing

Your website shows a special for oil change for $89.99 up to 8 quarts of oil and they would not honor it.

The follow -up communication regarding the status of my.vehicle could have been much better.Also your fees:charges could be more reasonable.$450.00 to diagnose needed Freon in the AC and $278 to replace a hood shock is extreme to say the least.

They should have helped me more on the tire issue I was having on my car because it had less than 36,000 miles on it

$109.00 charge for cleaning the battery terminals seems ridiculous. And, $145.99 charge for installing the new battery was excessive.The new battery was $249.99!!!!!!!!!!

Nasty bathrooms & customer waiting area outdated and not much selection. Trash overflowing in bathroom & floor awful. Service department ok except oil change took 1.5 hours. Too long

Do the work asked for instead of me waiting 2hours and told the work was done and nothing was done I asked the serviceman to verify with mechanic that work was done He said the mechanic said the work was done But, I slaked him to verify it again with mechanic and call me. He never called me back. I tried calling service department from 4:30 to 5:00but could not with no one answering.Kept getting answering service department.

Prices are pretty high! Loved the staff, but my total cost was very expensive.

It would have been 5 stars and a 10 without the ridiculous amount of up sell items the tech "found". I am happy to discuss my position on this if someone is willing
