Would like to see what work was being done to my truck, watch the inspection. I believe the tech supervisor told me I would get an email telling and showing me what was checked and what was found during the multipoint inspection, I did not get that!

I brought my 2025 GMC Ultimate in for the FOURTH time to fix the headlight auto-dim. I drove all the way to Leta for the FOURTH time so they can tell me they need a GMC technician to look at it NEXT WEEK. Do you think you could have told me that before I drove there? It was my FOURT TIME for the same reason

I have had several issues with my new vehicle. I feel the staff in service dept do not operate like several other dealerships in the area. I have been in 8+ times for repairs and I am treated as of I am a problem.

I would line a phone call to explain better the situation. I have tried to call dealership and can not get a call back to date. 573-429-6331This is the second surgery I have completed with same concern.

It was 3 months from the time I took my car in until they got it fixed. Had to order a part, took a month to get it. Then had to wait another 2 months to get a loaner. I'm glad it's fixed, but it was frustrating to have to wait so long for a.loaner

Hope everyone I dealt with to get that worthless POS 6.2 liter fixed gets fired and GM goes bankrupt. They can all go to hell.
