I have been waiting on parts to get my car fixed for actual months only to find out when it was brought in for an oil change, that the parts were never ordered. I was told multiple times they were ordered and had not came in yet. Then my wife was told that the service dept would call back about that situation that same day or the next day and we never heard back from them.

You've had the car for over a month to do a turbo replacement.Had my girlfriends jeep for 3 or 4 months.I'm worried about the how good the mechanics are. I heard by an employee that y'all go thru a lot of mechanics, and that's a problem.I own a restaurant here in Cape and will steer anyone I know from coming there for anything.

Informed me that my service contract only covers oil changes and a few tire rotations. For 1200 dollars

I dropped off my vehicle for engine repairs and I never heard anything more from them. I call and leave messages and they are unreturned. I don't know what's going on with my vehicle.

L rear axle seal service...called with more problems on multi point inspection. Called again from mechanic stating bolt was broke off in rear end and vehicle needed new rear end. He denied breaking it off while working on it. They tried getting us to then trade vehicle in. Arrived back to get answers. Miraculously the bolt they admitted broke when working on it was removed. Tried charging more than what was given at time appt was made when no other services were done.

A little bit better communication would be wonderful.
