I paid for them to rotate tires and they did not rotate them . I had to go back and have them rotate them. I called the manager and they were suppose to call me back. I never got a returned phone call. Very unprofessional. Im very disappointed because I've never had this problem at this location and then they acted like it was no big deal. Cape Girardeau location

Your service writer's and service managers need to learn not to lie to customers. At this point I wish I would have never bought a truck from your dealership.

Very disappointed in my last service visit. The parts were not ordered that needed to be replaced on my vehicle. Have to wait an extra week to get them in.

Honored the quote I was given. $70 for new wipers is absolutely ridiculous.

Take my information to schedule service and following thru with service as scheduled. A reminder text was sent from frank leta staff but frank leta staff did not pick up the car for service as scheduled. They called and said I missed my appt. As a service recovery, they offered a wash & detail of my car so I accepted. Worst cleaning job ever and my car is clean on a daily basis anyway. Windows were streaked and everything wiped inside was left with streaks Will see how the 2nd x goes????

Given the unusual set of circumstances, I'm not sure you could have handled it differently!I'm just glad we made it to the finish line.

Window rolls 1/2 way-hit a deer.When I got in my car to pick it up, the window was all the down and when I tried to roll it up it was broken.No one told me that it wouldn’t go up.I drove home in the rain-still broke.Makes horrible noise-not sure why it was down
