Service guy call us from waiting room said we was done came up to pay and couldn’t find our keys after about 5 minutes he found out that we wasn’t done and had to go back to the waiting area to set back down.

I’ll probably go elsewhere in the future. $125.00 for an oil change and rotation is way to expensive. Service was great though.

I believe the frustration with parts taking 6 weeks to come in, and the issues with no loaners and then Enterprise was very frustrating. Unfortunately the issue with my transmission is still not correct for the 3rd time

Didn’t tell me why was wrong with my car, when car wouldn’t start they told me I had to have it towed in and I have extended warranty on it nobody could see why was covered

Return calls and keep us updated on status of progress. Was lied to repeatedly about parts being ordered and then being installed to find out 7 weeks after receiving the car for service, the parts were never ordered. Very frustrating .
