Super friendly and accommodating. Was not disappointed. Love my new car!Everyone is extremely friendly, my sales girl was new though and didn't know much of anything about my car. Otherwise, it was a great experience!Would have been nice to be able to change the TV station, my 6 year old and i were the only ones there for like 4 hours and the news station was not what either one of us wanted to watch.

Usually they wash my car, this time they didn’t.They are always pleasant and informative

Upon getting my car returned, I noticed that there was a piece broken in my dashboard that no one could explain how it got broken. Although it might be cosmetic, it wasn’t how they received my car.

Did not honor coupon and did not advise of additional cost before performing and installing cabin filterI had a coupon that included cabin filter. I told them at check in and they looked at the coupon. I told them I only had 7000 miles on filter but if it was included to do it. Did not honor coupon. Cost me $48 that I was not expecting.
