The Mitsu waiting room smelled like smoke; either a recent smoker had been sitting in the room or the customer with me was a smoker. As a lifelong asthmatic, I had to find an alternate location to wait. When I returned, I still could not wait in that room as it reeked of cigarette smoke. (This is not the fault of the employees. I have been at your dealership buying only Mitsubishi for over 20 years. I have been working with Mike for years. I have encouraged others to buy from you. My husband and father in law only buy Mitsubishi. After my experience with being told I have to pay $4000.00 for a wire on a 1.5 year old car along with service for over $15 hours is disgraceful. The workmanship of Mitsubishi has clearly and significantly declined. I declined service because who has $5000.00 in their back pocket when you are paying $750.00 monthly on a new car? I’m in complete disbelief that this was not covered under my current warranty. What did I do? This is not weather related. I haven’t had the car for years. This is poor manufacturing of parts. I will never buy from Mitsubishi again after this experience.It is extremely difficult to bring in a car for service for those that work 6a-6p during the work week and will not accept appointments on the weekend. I waited a full month before I was able to take vacation day to be able to get in.
