I went into this car buying experience skeptical due to my previous experiences. My sales person made me feel really confident I made a good choice by the time it was all done and over with. He explained things and most importantly was patient. Greatly appreciated!

All our experiences with the Burdick Mitsubishi service department have been excellent. They go the extra mile to make sure everything is completely satisfactorily, they respect your time, and they will even advocate for you if it seems like there are issues that should be simpler to resolve. We worked with Megan to solve some complex connectivity issues we had with our vehicle that a third party was unable to assist with. Getting the part and having it reconnected was a lengthy process, but she gave us a loaner, kept us informed throughout, worked with Mitsubishi partners to force through the resolution, and wouldn’t rest until the issue was fixed. We’re very thankful for all her helpExcellent service, transparency and follow through. They won’t stop until they’ve got you safely back on the road

My vehicle was purchased at a different dealership but I have had an experience at Burdick Mitsubishi and James Mitsubishi where the vehicle features have not been appropriately explained to me. I have found this to be very frustrating. I love the vehicles but feel that upon purchase the features should be explained properly.Please see previous note regarding diagnostic charge for misunderstood feature.I thought that my automatic lights that switch between regular and bright were not working. I asked for them to be fixed and agreed to pay if they weren’t under warranty. I understand that I agreed to pay for that, however, the lights worked correctly. I was not instructed how to use the feature when I purchased the car and it had previously worked without issue. I must have mistakenly turned it off and was unaware. I thought the automatic switch to turn the lights on and off was the switch that controlled them. I didn’t realize there was an additional button for that. I feel that it was unfair to charge for an hour of diagnostic time when it was related to a feature that I should have been educated about when I purchased the car especially since the lights settings have a setting called automatic.
