Ease of appointments and friendly knowledgeable staff

I’m always extremely satisfied with my experience at Mitsu but the car wash needs dramatic improvement. (I have previously owned vehicles from another dealership at Burdick and the car wash is from the other dealership is pristine.) Is there anything we can do? The wash is not of high quality.Philip, Megan and team are always great at getting me in and resolving any issues my vehicle needs.

I was not happy about the price of my tire. this is the 2nd time i had to replace a tire on my car. But the guys were great.

NoBecause now my brakes are thumping again.My brakes were thumping when I took it in for inspection. I figured would need brakes. They replaced the back brakes and they are now thumping again and it was only about 2 weeks ago.

While I waited for my vehicle to be completed I spotted an outlander that caught my eye… went back later and traded up to a2025 outlander…Service advisor Philip was helpful, and professional and got me right in and out in the stated time frame
