Drivers seat was so far forward an almost crushed my legs. The funny thing is I have my seat set for the automatic position 1 on the door. They could have just pushed the button to return it back to normal.Would have gotten a 10 but didn’t offer car wash.

Call center approach seems cumbersomeService writer explained everything I was entitled to under the contract and then explained about a recall for software update . Tech performed service and recall in a clean and timely manner .Good experience .
