The first appointment I made went to my junk folder so I assumed that the appointment didn't go through but once that was resolved, the scheduling and reminders worked great.Staff was extremely helpful. I will definitely be back. Megan Baldwin provided great service, took time to document issues and offered to help explain.

Like I said on the previous page, someone called me to try and change my appt date. I was told that it would probably be about a 4 or 5 hour wait depending on the diagnosis. It only turned out to be 2 hours.My only complaint is actually about the vehicle. I was told that my rear brakes needed replacing($615) and I was stunned because I had to have them replaced at around 17,000 miles and now I’m only at 37,000 miles. I am left questioning why the brakes have needed to be replaced twice in less than 40,000 miles. It makes me question if there is something else wrong.The day before my appt I got a phone call trying to get me to change my appt to another day because of lack of techs. However I work during your hours and have no choice but to bring my vehicle in on a Saturday and wait for it.
