Part dept told service dept all parts were recd. When I took car in to get work done the next day, one part was missing.While the staff was very professional while dealing with them, it appears improvement needs to be made with the system of communicating between each other. Promises were made by one service Rep. The promise was not kept as the promise was not documented and that service rep was absent from work the next day. Therefore, the service rep covering the next day did not know about the promise which resulted in a very frustrating situation. Bottomline, the service was completed as expected.

The mechanic was incredibly helpful in explaining and demonstrating exactly what was wrong and why she recommended a certain course of action. It's rare to feel confident about a very large estimate but I walked away trusting completely in the analysis of the professional crew.
