I took my car back to have remote start installed, had 9:00 appt. Did not get out until 1:30 was never told they did not do it at Mitsubishi but sent to another dealer in auto mall. No one from the service dept ever told me it would be "worked in" at other delership. Why give someone an appt time if it is not stuck to!Was a little to manuverSales person and 0% financing

The intentional will to make me wait while my car was done and parked outsideProvide me multiplication inspection i dont know he never communicated this with me .You can improve by hiring people who have some clue on customer service , and by charging fair price for maintenance just the same like other mitsubishi dealers , and maybe put not so cheap tires and break pads that worn off after 20000 miles , and its not only me who complained about this you can check online and see many outlander owners complaining for the same issueSo when I finished and was going to pay i asked for my bill to check it before I pay ,so philip presented the bill and he was covering with his finger the extra charge of 16 $ to dispose old tires that I wasn't aware off when I ordered the tires ,and he was asking me to sign while covering that charge with his finger ,so I asked him to remove his finger because it was fishy ,I saw what he was trying to cover and I didn't make an issue about it .but he should've been more transparent and he should've asked me ahead of time before if I still need me old tires or if I want to dispose them with that charge . It looked so unprofessional and intentional to hide that cost from me . My wife had a hundai and she wasnt treated this way and they were transparent on every charge . And they waived some small charges for here ,and her tires survived 45000 miles not 20000 miles .
