After our visit to Drivers Village and the Burdick dealerships, I won't be going anywhere else in the future.The professional atmosphere and amazing facility have made me a customer for life.Amazing customer service, great location. There is an awesome coffee shop/ Grill right at the drivers village complex. A+

Unable to tell me why vehicle was unable to be jump startedVehicle wasn't washed. On receipt dealership say I requested not to have it washed. Which I didn't and was never askedI called Mitsubishi directly...they were supposed to call me back and never have

Technician Tina did an amazing job with my vehicle . She was very informative with what my vehicle needed. She also got the work done is a very reasonable amount of time. Service advisor Phil was very accommodating with scheduling as well and also very nice during check out.Technician Tina did a great job servicing my vehicle. She was very time efficient and my truck runs amazing now.

Good little car, but I would caution potential buyers to make sure whatever they consider buying has all the things one might take for granted or on the vehicle.Items lacking on the Mirage are:No center storage compartmentNo dome light in the back seatSun visors are fixed and do not extend to block side sunThe three-cylinder engine does not have enough power for the car to get out of its own wayAfter-market optional items do not exist for this model (mud flaps, remote start, etc.)

I believe an opportunity for change could come in the form of respecting clients and not lying consistently to the client. For two years now I have been told the tag lights would be repaired as the issue is one with Mitsubishi. I have been told repeatedly that this is a known issue for the tag lights to come undone. Also repeatedly I have been told the part was ordered, or the Mitsubishi advocate had to approve the part, I have told several times it was approved but yet and still it has not been repaired. I’ve been told a service adviser would reach out to me to get it scheduled but it never happened. To this day, I’ve had to tape the lights down to avoid losing the lights themselves and making sure it can pass inspection . I’ve purchased several cars with this brand new it is embarrassing to have to tape lights down, I have mixed feelings on recommending this brand now.

Seat was all the way up. I’m tall, person who worked on the car wasn’t.I enjoy the staff and have had only positive experiences!
