I had no problem scheduling was easyThey didn't do the job they said they did so my car is still brokenI will never set up another appointment with them because go in for one problem and they create another problem and the first problem wasn't even fixed. That's a big problem charged me almost 300. dollars for a job that wasn't done

I had my low tire pressure sensor come on. I called right down to service and they said bring it right in. They checked for nails and screws puncture and sure enough there was a screw. If I hadn’t brought it in the tire would have gone flat. They saved me extra time and money. Thank you.

Rated a 4 not a 5 as I've simple been in "nicer" waiting rooms beforeVery friendly and communicative. Biggest issue was pricing but I understand current economy may have driven prices upwards, I normally deal with smaller "mom and pop" shops who seem my affordable.

Tyler Hornidge is the best! I had a warning light/message come on the screen of my 2026 Outlander. I texted Tyler, he immediately responded and told me to come into the dealership. I did so (40 minutes away) and was taken right in and the situation looked at immediately.The care and attention you receive at Burlington Mitsubishi is incredible.
