The fact that I had a ride on the shuttle home and then picked up later is a big plus for me when I went in for service. Any question about my new vehicle was answered so I could understand it. This is the first vehicle with so much of the new technology so it could have been overwhelming but it's not. I was surprised with the welcome that I received as a first time buyer at this dealership. It made the experience very pleasant.
