My wife leases a hyundai a couple months ago. I was with her for that experience, and found the mitsubishi leasing experience much more positive. You guys did not try to force any additional “add-ons” on me after we had a deal. At hyundai this guy came over and tried to push all kinds of additional products on my wife. Getting into an argument with me when I said I wasn’t interested. I was ready to punch him and walk away. So I’ll just say Burlington Mitsubishi was the exact opposite experience. I still can’t get over how positive it was, and how easy it was. The icing ok the cake is that the car I got blew me away, not only was it a good price but a far better car than my wife’s hyundai (IMHO) and any negative reviews I’ve read about the Outlander PhEV have turned out to be 100% wrong!This was far and away the most positive car buying/leasing experience I have ever had. Tim and Tyler are great, so nice and very helpful.

Tim and Seneca is thee reason I came there other than my friend referring me months after she got her new car! From start to finish I was being taken care of. Only bad note was I wish I would've been more explained on how it went from be roughly $22,000 to $30,000 with financing again I'm new and don't know the full process. Was just shown my electric signature that was automatically marked and given a brief description of how we already talked about it. Fount out the rest by looking on a pink slip in the paperwork I reviewed. Either way very satisfactory work!! The ad on the radio offering up to $3000 credit depending on the vehicle you choose, wasn’t offered to me. But to offset that Tim was able to get me approved for a loan with my credit score. I was just hoping maybe he would offer $1000 off the car since I didn’t have a trade in.The sales guy was very efficient. I just feel the advertising was slightly off. Like I said, Tim was great with my loan approval when my credit isn’t so great.As good service

All members of the service dept tried hard to find the problem but could not pinpoint the issue I am experiencing in my drivers seat. It' s tough to duplicate.All service dept staff are wonderful to deal with.Consistency great to deal with.
